Transmissible, not monopolizable is the governing principle for how a society spreads aliveness instead of concentrating it. Humans project vitality outward — onto celebrities, leaders, gurus, founders, athletes — and the model does not fight that impulse, which is neither possible nor desirable. It uses it as ignition while preventing it from becoming permanent dependency.
Aliveness should be transmissible, not monopolizable.
This shifts the design question from who is generating vitality? to what structures let that vitality awaken capacity in others? — answered concretely by distributed stages, mentorship with an exit, public tools, catalytic roles, succession, and short paths from spectator to participant. It is the constructive counterpart to charismatic capture (the distortion it prevents) and is verified by propagation without dependency (the test of whether it worked). See Transmissible, Not Monopolizable.
