How much of what this ecology could presently be is actually available to it?
Not how productive are we, not how happy are we, not even how equal are we. It is a ratio between a society’s potential differentiated capability and the portion of it that is genuinely online — developed, placed, connected, and consequential. Its complement is the geometry waste rate. Together they give No Wasted Geometry a quantitative backbone. The seventy measures are the dimensions that would feed it.
